FIFA 2026 WCQ: Bouanga, Salah, Ayew Top Goal Chart

Black Stars captain Jordan Pierre Ayew is ranked in the top three goal scorers chart of the 2026 FIFA World Cup African qualifiers.

The Leicester City striker is third on the chart with seven (7) goals, Denis Bouanga (Gabon), and behind Mohammed Salah (Egypt)

Ayew began his goal-scoring frenzy against Mali in Bamako on matchday three, followed by a hat-trick against the Central African Republic on matchday four.

He continued against Chad twice. Both in Accra and N’djamena before bagging a goal in the penultimate round against the Central African Republic again.

Would Ayew be able to end the qualifiers as the highest goal-scoring player, as he trails Salah by a goal and Bouanga by two goals?
