Barosky found homeless following a mental relapse— Caretaker shares

Date:

Veteran Ghanaian rapper Isaac Obeng, known in the showbiz industry as Barosky, has been found homeless in Manchester in the United Kingdom.

‎He was found with his mattress and belongings at a certain corner, closer to an abandoned building where he sleeps on grass.

‎In an interview with media personality Nana Romeo, the “Maame Kyerewaa Ba” hitmaker stated that he needed Ghanaians’ financial support to return home.

‎A subsequent interview with SVTV, a woman identified as Naa, a caretaker of Barosky, stated that the once-celebrated rapper was battling with mental health challenges.

‎According to her, she helped Barosky secure accommodations in Manchester after he left London without a place to sleep.

‎”I found him a place. One of my brothers, George in Bolton, gave him a single room, self-contained, but there were issues here and there,” she said.

‎Naa said Barosky stayed with her brother for over a month until her brother called her to complain that Barosky left his shop unattended, leading to issues that led Barosky to be kicked out.

‎She said she went for Barosky to accommodate him, but he was involved in a scandal that got him entangled with the police.

‎Naa said after helping him once again, she discovered that he was abusing drugs, stressing that she and some friends of Barosky wanted to help him return to Ghana to seek medical attention, but the rapper fled, leading to his current state.

Meanwhile, a GoFund Me account has been set in Barosky’s name to help fly him home to give him the needed medical attention and to help him restart his life.
