MAX ENTERTAINMENT: Don’t rely on all the scriptures in the Bible – Piesie Esther

Date:

Gospel musician Piesie Esther has admitted that the Bible is full of contradictions, which has made her not rely solely on it to lead her life.

According to her, there are lots of teachings on going that juxtapose each other, and as a Christian, she relied on the positive aspects of the scriptures to walk with.

Speaking in a media interview, the “Waye Me yie” hitmaker said one could not walk with all aspects of the Bible but the ones that could bring out the godly nature of the person.

“What I know is that if someone has done me something wrong, I will forgive the person; I will not choose the aspect that tells me an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth,” she said.

Piesie Esther indicated that the worship of God should bring unity, love, and support, not the ones that would destroy.

“All I know is that the Bible says I shouldn’t kill, I shouldn’t gossip, and I shouldn’t steal, and that is what I will do; any contrary teaching will not attract my attention,” she explained.

Piesie Esther, therefore, urged Christians to follow the scriptures, which could speak well of them and meaningfully redefine their principles of life.
