Premier League returnees Ipswich Town are edging closer to signing Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.
The English club has reached a verbal agreement with Leicester City for a transfer valued at £20 million (around €23.5 million).
The two clubs are finalizing the last details of the deal. The player is expected to undergo his medical next week before officially joining the Tractor Boys.
The Ghanaian international, who has also attracted interest from several clubs in recent weeks, now looks set to continue his career in the Premier League wearing Ipswich Town’s colors—bolstering their attacking options ahead of the new season.
Ipswich town are also looking to secure the signing of Moroccan defender Issa Diop from Fulham.
