Asante Kotoko Sporting Club will present the MTN FA Cup trophy to their patron, His Royal Majesty, Otumfuo Osei Tutu, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
The Porcupine Warriors defeated Access Division One club Golden Kick Sporting Club 2-1 in a dramatic fashion at the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday, June 15.
Kotoko turned around their season by relieving Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum of his duties as head coach of the club to bring in Karim Zito from Dreams FC to fill the role on an interim basis on April 22.
Despite falling short in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League (GPL), Kotoko managed to secure a place at the qualifying round of next season’s CAF Confederation Cup.
The presentation of the trophy to Otumfuo will take place at the Manhyia Palace.
