Ghanaian trio KO Liverpool with Plymouth

Plymouth Argyle pulled of a stunning upset, knocking Premier League leaders Liverpool out of the 2024-25 Emirates FA Cup.

Liverpool headed into the game heavy favorites not only as winners, but for the title as well, having been in a superb form since th start of the league.

Though Black Stars midfielder, Michael Baidoo was an unused substitute, Darko Gyabi and Malachi Boateng, both foreign nationals, but of Ghanaian heritage, starred in midfield for Plymouth.

Ryan Hardie scored the only game of the game in the 53rd minute of the an encounter which will live long in the minds of the home fans.

Liverpool joins Chelsea as the big guns knocked out of the oldest competition in English football.
