3Music TV, the number one music television station in Ghana, has finally released the list of nominees for the 3Music Awards 2024. The much-anticipated event was held at the Garage Bar and Lounge in East Legon, where industry players and artists participated.
The list of nominees, released on August 10, is the list of the most talented Ghanaian performers: the candidates for the title of Artiste of the Year, Song of the Year, Best New Artiste, etc. Such an announcement created enthusiasm for the next awards event, which will be held later this year.
Adding some of the top contenders for the Artiste (MVP) of the Year: Black Sherif, King Promise, Kuami Eugene, Medikal, Mr. Drew, Nacee, and Sarkodie
The announcement has evoked a good response from the public as they continue to look forward to the awards to be held later this year.
The list of nominees was celebrated at an event attended by most stakeholders in the Ghanaian music industry, such as musicians, producers, and other music industry executives. The announcement of the nominees elicited clapping and shouting, with most of them tweeting their congratulations to each other.
The 3Music TV Awards are among the most recognized music awards in Ghana, acknowledging excellence in the musicians’ fraternity. As usual this year, the event organizer still intends to give a colorful celebration of the music talents in Ghana.
