U20 FIFA World Cup: Black Princesses of Ghana beaten 4-1 by Netherlands

The Black Princesses of Ghana have been disqualified from the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2022.

The Princesses had to play the most of the game with 10 women when Ghana faced the USA in the tournament’s opening encounter, which it lost 3-0.

The Black Princesses were defeated 2-0 and had two players sent off in their second match versus Japan.

On Wednesday night, the third and final game in Group D versus the Netherlands ended 4-1. Ghana scored in the 53rd minute through attacker Doris Boaduwaa of the Hasaacas Ladies.

After three games, with nine goals allowed and one goal scored, Ghana left the competition without any points. On Wednesday night, Japan defeated USA 3-1 in the other Group D match.
