The head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Aboubakar Ouattara, has charged his team to consider every match as a final in their subsequent matches.
.
He was speaking after Hearts of Oak’s 1-0 victory over one of the league’s newcomers, Vision FC, in the first game of matchweek 10 at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
Mawuli Wayo scored the only goal of the game to hand the dominant Phobians a second consecutive win and move them to fourth on the league standings.
Ouattara expressed concern about other team’s extra motivation against Hearts of Oak due to the manner and intensity in which they play. Of course no football club goes into a game to lose.
“Every team that is playing Hearts of Oak is prepared double. They have another motivation, they have another determination against Hearts of Oak; it is real. The playing body and the technical team to be serious; take every match as final because the people who are coming are coming with another motivation,” he said.
Hearts of Oak will take on Karela United in Nalerigu in matchweek 11.
