According to reports, three German youth internationals have sworn allegiance to the Nigerian Super Eagles.
Maduka Okoye, Ademola Lookman, and Leon Balogun are among the persons who have recently changed their nationality to represent the Super Eagles and have gone on to make an impact.
Three people, including Werder Bremen’s Felix Agu, pledged their international future to Nigeria after passing up the opportunity to do so under Gernot Rohr.
The other two who have committed to wearing the Nigerian jersey are defender, Felix Uduokhai of Augusburg, and Justin Njinmah of Werder Bremen.
The players’ choice was largely influenced by the nation’s recent achievement at the 2023 AFCON.
