Roberto Mancini Gets Huge Job In Saudi Arabia

Former Manchester City and Italy coach, Roberto Mancini, has accepted a coaching job with Al Sadd.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Mancini will fly to Doha on Wednesday to sign in as the new Al Sadd head coach.

The 60-year-old is making a return to the Middle East, having been briefly the manager of the Saudi Arabia national team from August 2023 to October 2024.

His contract with Al Sadd is meant to run until May 2026.

Mancini is set to make his debut on the Al Sadd bench on November 24 away to Al-Wahda in the AFC Champions League.

Al Sadd is currently sixth in the Qatar Stars League and is under interim manager Sergio Alegre, having sacked Felix Sanchez on October 15.
