Young Swedish-born Ghanaian international Jonah Kusi-Asare made his long-awaited debut for German giants Bayern Munich.
The 17-year-old Kusi-Asare was brought from the bench late in the game by Belgium coach Vincent Kompany against FSV Mainz 05.
Kusi-Asare moved up the ranks from Bayern Munich II to the senior side after signing for the club in February 2024.
The Bavarians handed Mainz a 3-0 defeat courtesy of Leroy Sane, Michael Olise, and Eric Dier’s goals.
Bayern emgerged champions of Germany by wining their 34th Bundesliga title.
