GPL Wk14: Karela score late to beat Hearts of Oak

Karela United left it late as they beat Hearts of Oak 1-0 in a Ghana Premier League (GPL)  match day 14 game.

The GPL  match which was played at Anyinase saw the Western based side dominate the first half.

They created several chances but were unable to break the deadlock.

The first half ended 0-0 but after the recess Hearts had their moments.

Striker Kofi Kodzi was put through on goal but fluffed his lines with a tame effort at goal.

Karela had the final say in added time as midfielder Umar Bashiru set up Humid Dafie who beautifully slotted the ball past goalkeeper Richmond Ayi to make it 1-0 as the final score.
