GES Receive Funds For Perishable Food Items Procurement

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has received funds for the procurement of perishable food items for senior high/technical schools.

The stakeholders in the education sector, in a press release, disclosed processes have been initiated to ensure efficient distribution of funds to respective schools.

The GES assured that it has put in place monitoring and accountability measures for the effective use of the funds for what they’re intended for.

Head of Public Relations, Daniel Fenyi, on behalf of GES’ management, stated the welfare of students remained paramount.
