Manchester United’s Argentine youngster Alejandro Garnacho could find himself in boiling waters after liking a post criticizing Erik Ten Hag.
Cristiano Ronaldo, in a recent interview, called into question the ambition of Erik Ten Hag as the manager of Manchester United.
According to the Portuguese captain, who won so many trophies with the club, insisted the Dutch manager is not ambitious enough to lead the three-time UEFA Champions League winners to the level it is used to.
“Man Utd’s coach [Ten Hag] cannot say they can’t compete to win the Premier League and the Champions League every year,” Ronaldo told Rio Ferdinand’s FIVE.
“This is Man United! You have to be there, to mentally say… listen, maybe we don’t have that potential, but I cannot say that. We’re going to try. You have to try,” he added.
The avid Ronaldo fan, Garnacho, though featured for the club in all the games so far in the new 2024-25 season, appeared to have agreed with his icon’s view on the team’s current manager.
