Awake Experience with Diana Hamilton: A Journey of Worship Across Continents

Date:

The 11th edition of Awake Experience with Diana Hamilton has been launched, taking a bold leap with a three-city tour that, for the first time, includes Sunyani and the USA alongside Accra and Kumasi.

The event gathered luminaries such as ACP Kofi Sarpong, CeCe Twum, Reverend Owusu Ansah, Cindy Thompson, Afia Akoto Okyere, Salasie Ibrahim, Alnord Asamoah-Baidoo, Kofi Owusu Peprah, and The Don, Chairman of the Ghana Music Awards.

In her speech, Diana expressed heartfelt gratitude to Reverend Owusu Ansah, who stepped in as a father figure after her dad’s passing. She also thanked trailblazers Diana Hopeson and Cindy Thompson for paving the way for gospel musicians. Diana acknowledged her team, sponsors, media houses, and fans who have supported the event over the years, announcing a special prayer session to bless those who purchase tickets, praying for God’s abundant replenishment of their sacrifices.

The tour kicks off with the Accra edition on 16th February 2025 at Christ Temple ICGC Church, featuring performances by Pastor Joe Bechem, Kofi Owusu Peprah, Team Eternity, and Kwaku Eye. The second stop will be in Kumasi on 23rd February 2025, with Mabel Okyere, Uncle Ato, Cindy Thompson, and Kwame Gyadu gracing the stage. The Sunyani experience follows on 2nd March 2025 at Eusbett Hotel, showcasing Kwame Gyadu, ACP Kofi Sarpong, Sandy Asare, and Emmanuel Awortwe.

As part of this year’s initiatives, city-wide cleaning exercises will be held in each host city to promote community service. Diana also unveiled her latest song, written during the COVID-19 pandemic, sharing its emotional backstory and singing a snippet that left the audience in awe.

With stops in Accra, Kumasi, Sunyani, and the USA, Awake Experience with Diana Hamilton promises to be a divine encounter that transforms lives, combining worship, service, and inspiration.
