Socialite, Rosemond Brown, known popularly as Akuapem Poloo, has refused to reveal the father of her child in order to protect her relationship.
According to her, social media has taught her to keep certain vital information about her private life hidden.
Speaking in a recent podcast, Akuapem Poloo stated that the industry had taught her to keep certain sensitive information to herself as excessive exposure could destroy her relationship with her baby daddy.
“The man that l have given birth with is more than a star, if l show Ghanaians who I’m dating it is going to be the talk of the world. And that’s why I’m not letting anyone know him,” she said.
Akuapem Poloo noted that Ghanaians were hypocrites and would ruin her relationship once she revealed her baby daddy to the public.
”In Ghana here, we don’t like good things as compared to the foreigners, immediately l reveal who I’m dating they will destroy it right now without thinking twice,” she observed.
Akuapem Poloo indicated that people who over the years have disclosed their relationship on the internet have ended up breaking up, implying that she had no plans of revealing the current identity of the baby daddy and soon-to-be husband.
In March 2025, Akuapem Poloo joyfully announced the birth of her second child, a baby girl.
Taking to Instagram, the actress shared a series of heartwarming photos to mark the special occasion.
Dressed in an elegant all-white outfit, Akuapem Poloo proudly declared her status as a “new mum” and expressed gratitude to God for the new chapter in her life.
