Olympics Coach Warns Hearts of Oak Ahead of Democracy Cup

Date:

Sulley Adamu, head coach of Accra Great Olympics, has sent a strong warning to city rivals Hearts of Oak.

The two clubs, whose rivalry dates back ages, are set to match up against each other for the 2025 Democracy Cup.

Ahead of the game on Friday, September 5, 2025, Sulley Adamu spoke to Max TV on his team’s preparedness towards the game.

“We respect Hearts as our opponent… I know my boys are ready for the game… We are coming all out to make sure to lift the trophy,” said Coach Adamu.

Olympics hope to begin the 2025/26 season on a good note. A victory over Hearts of Oak will serve as a huge motivation ahead of the start of the Access Bank Division One League.
