At the Regional Super Middle League championship game on July 23, 2023, at Sekondi Gyandu Park, Asamoah Gyan, John Paintsil, and Kofi Kinaata received citations from the Western Regional Football Association.
Asamoah Gyan, a former captain of the Black Stars, and John Paintsil, a teammate, arrived by plane on Saturday evening to assist the regional office of the Ghana Football Association in completing the final of the one-week competition held at Sekondi Gyandu Park.
The multi-award-winning singer Kofi Kinaata witnessed Team Move FC’s humiliating 3-0 loss against Tarkwa-based Rospak FC in the championship game.
Rospak FC will compete in the Zonal Division One League next season as a representative of the regional belt.
