Ghanaian Food Scientist Kongo Wattu says humans are dying in their youthful years because they have disconnected themselves from nature by wearing shoes.
According to him, humans are electrical beings and are not gaining the natural electrons that could make their blood circulate.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Max Drive in Accra on Monday, Kongo Wattu explained that walking barefoot charged humans naturally.
“You gain power and energy when walking barefoot. When you muster the act of grounding, you’re charging yourself. If you walk without shoes on grass, sea sand or any natural environment, what happens is that the blood receives electrons,” he said.
Kongo Wattu explained that there were electrons on the surface of the earth.
“That electrons incites the electrons within your red blood cells and spin it for it to fall apart. It will not make it clamp together. They will swim and that process is called circulation,” he added.
Citing himself as an example, Kongo Wattu said he had a broken spine over three years ago and the act of grounding helped him to receive the power that made his ailments disappear.
Walking barefoot, he said created a hard, tough protein known as keratin that formed calluses of the foot and underscored the need for every individual to walk barefoot.
