PARIS OLYMPIC QUALIFIERS : Nora Hauptle aims for another Black Queens win

Date:

Black Queens coach Nora Hauptle is aiming to preserve his team’s winning run ahead of their Olympic Games qualifier against Benin in Cotonou.

The Swiss gaffer has not lost a single game since taking over the reins as coach of the Black Queens of Ghana in February, as her side has scored an overwhelming 26 goals without conceding any.

“We’ve arrived in Benin well for the second Olympic round qualifier, and we are still on our mission Volta. We are still unbeaten and have not conceded any goals; we want to continue this way. We’ve worked hard this week, focusing on our values. It’s all about defending well, our unity, and our determination,” she said in a pre-match interview ahead of the clash.

The return fixture for the qualifier will be played four days after today.
