A fatty liver is a condition that occurs when there is an excessive buildup of fat in the liver. It can be caused by a variety of factors, such as alcoholism, obesity, high blood cholesterol levels, diabetes, and certain medications. Symptoms of a fatty liver could be symptomless for many years or decades.
Fatty liver is a condition most commonly found in heavy drinkers or people who are obese or have diabetes.
Dr. Mary Offei-Agyeman, CEO of Ropheka Herbal Hospital, said on the Max Morning Show that if you have a bloated stomach, you should get a liver treatment. A fatty liver, she noted, could be caused by a bloated stomach or heavy alcohol consumption.
She went on to say that if you find your stomach inflating, you should go to the hospital and get a scan to see if it’s due to a fatty liver or alcohol. ‘ Most people who have potential usually work out a lot to lose weight but to no avail; this is because it’s the liver that is enlarged, thus the need for treatment’.
She claims that many people suffer from bloated stomachs, which are reduced shortly after liver treatment because exercise does not induce bloating in the stomach.
