Beline Nyarkoh struck in the 83rd minute to restore the Ghanaian side’s advantage and secure a 2-1 victory.
The result takes Ampem Darkoa to the top of Group B with six points from two matches, strengthening their bid for a place in the semi-finals.
They will face Moroccan side AS FAR in their final group-stage fixture as they look to maintain their position at the summit and secure qualification for the last four.
