The winner of the season 10 talented Kidz reality show, Nakeeyat the Poet, has been shortlisted for a virtual audition for the famous America’s Got Talent (AGT) reality show.
She announced this yesterday on her Facebook page to urge Ghanaians and all her supporters to remember her in prayers.
“Say a prayer for me in my coming audition. I have qualified and been called for America’s Got Talent Virtual Call Audition,” Nakeeyat posted.
The talented poet also shared part of the email she received from AGT, which read, “You are now registered to attend the AGT Virtual Opel Call audition on January 20th, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.”
“Getting started is often the hardest part, and you have taken the first step towards the big stage and a chance at winning a $1 million prize.”
AGT is a televised American talent competition show that is open to talents across the world to participate in the converted prize. It is part of the global Got Talent franchise created by Simon Cowell.
The program attracts a variety of participants from the United States and other countries who possess some form of talent. Acts range from singing and dancing to comedy, magic, stunts, variety, and other genres.
Each participant or act who auditions attempts to secure a place in the live episodes of a season by impressing a panel of judges.
Nakeeyat is now one of the seasoned talents from Ghana who has gained a spot to travel internationally with her poetic talent.
