Sheriff Mohammed has lifted the lid on his near career-ending injury, while at Kumasi Asante Kotoko in 2022.
The talented midfielder, tipped to have become a world beater, suffered a fibula fracture during training.
The seven-month-long injury Mohammed endured was rumoured to have been caused by his then-former teammate, Richard Boadu, aka Agadas.
His comments on Max FM’s Sports Pack show confirmed rumours of bad blood between himself and Agadas.

Mohammed recalled in his interview that he was due to join the Black Stars of Ghana in camp after receiving a call-up thanks to his impressive displays in the league.
He had his leg snapped by Agadas during a training session. It appeared to have been deliberate and malicious by Agadas, causing other teammates and technical staff to confront him.
Following the journey through his injury hell, Sheriff Mohammed has never been the same and remains clubless after leaving the Porcupine Warriors in 2024.
Sheriff Mohammed’s relationship with Richard Boadu now is broken beyond repair as he disclosed he deleted his former teammate’s contact.
