A bride-to-be, together with her mother and brother, have perished in a horrifying accident at Tailer junction close to the Winneba junction in the Central Region.
The victims met their untimely deaths while on their way to church on Sunday, October 20, 2024, around 5:30 in the evening.
Winneba Municipal Fire Service Commander D.O.2 Adu Poku reported that the driver of a Toyota Vitz with registration number GW 907-24, who also happens to be the fiancé of the bride to be, identified as Gina, veered off road into a ditch after a collision with an O.A. Express Toyota Hiace passenger bus when he attempted overtaking a tricycle.
The fiancé is believed to have suffered severe injuries, as both his legs are broken.
Gina was preparing for her upcoming nuptials with her fiancé till her demise.
