Grace Ashly, speaking exclusively on Max TV’s Black Stars Classics- World Cup edition, Tuesday, 21st July, 2020 said “So during that time after they won there was a Christian brother who called to inform me about Aduana Stars’ victory at Tema. I was driving so I parked and immediately an inspiration for a song for Aduana Stars came to me.”
“After that the black stars came in mind then I said if that be the case let me join the national team and support them, after that then I come back to my team because we needed support at that time,” she added.
Grace Ashly further revealed that despite she not being as vibrant as before with regards to the national team, she is willing to support and mobilize fans for the Blacks Stars for the 2021 Afcon and 2022 Qatar World Cup qualifiers.
