Songbird Gyakie has hinted at a collaboration with Afrobeats sensation Wendy Shay.

According to her, she is planning to hit the studio with her for a masterpiece.

Speaking in an interview on Max Morning Show in Accra on Friday, Gyakie said it is time for fans to anticipate something new from her and Wendy Shay.

She maintained that collaborations should not be forced and should come naturally based on the creative process, adding that collaborations happen when the person fits the song.

“A collaboration with Wendy Shay… I think we should get into the studio soon. For collaboration, you don’t force it, it comes naturally. It depends on the song and the person whose voice, style and verse fits the song. I am always open to anyone,” she said.
