The Ministry of Health is set to open its recruitment portal on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, for medical officers and dentists in the 36th batch who have completed their housemanship and secured verification from the Medical and Dental Council.
The recruitment exercise, according to a notice issued by the Ministry on Monday, October 26, is aimed at addressing staffing shortages in health facilities across the country.
Qualified applicants are expected to submit their applications online through the official recruitment portal, mohrecruitment.com, and select their preferred districts and agencies in accordance with the application guidelines.
The portal will open at 3:10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, and close on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
The Ministry has cautioned applicants against using unofficial channels or engaging individuals who promise to facilitate their recruitment in exchange for money.
It emphasised that the process would be transparent and urged all eligible applicants to avoid making payments to anyone in connection with the exercise.
“The Ministry of Health advises all applicants NOT to make any payment for this process,” the statement said.
The Ministry has encouraged qualified medical officers and dentists to complete their applications through the official portal within the stipulated period.
