Ga rapper, Nii Addo Quaynor known by his stage name Tinny says not everyone is born to mentor someone.
According to him, mentorship is a call and not everyone is born for such a purpose.
Tinny said this in a recent media interview where he cautioned the public against forcing people to mentor others as that act could backfire.
“I believe that mentorship comes naturally. Don’t force it to happen. If you force it to happen, you’ll end up just like a Catholic priest who commits adultery. It is not your calling, it comes naturally so don’t force yourself to mentor someone or to give a crown to someone.”
“And it is not everyone who deserves a mentoring crown. Mentoring somebody is on point, it is cool but e not be gidigidi like that,” he said.
Tinny indicated that humans were born to follow their own purpose and aspirations, thus people ought to respect individual differences without tolling each other’s lane.
