Moses Armah Parker, president of Medeama Sporting Club, laments the lack of proper communication skills by former coach Nebojsa Kapor.
The 38-year-old Bosnian trainer left the Tarkwa-based club in the tail end of 2024 following contract disputes with the club.
His position was taken back by Evans Adotey, who is the Technical Director of the club. Adotey left the coaching role after leading the Medeama to league glory in the 2022-23 season and a disappointing 2023-24 CAF Champions League campaign.
Reflecting on Nebojsa’s time at the club on the Sports Pack show on Max FM, Moses Parker, though acknowledging how good the Bosnian was to the team, believed he lacked certain qualities, which also highlights disagreements on player selections.
“Nebojsa is a very good coach, but he couldn’t communicate properly, though he left because his contract expired. As a coach you don’t need anyone to tell you which player is in form and which player isn’t. So he lacked certain qualities,” he said to Nana Darkwa Gyasi.
Though failing to have defended Medeama’s league crown, he managed to steer them to a disappointing 8th finish last season.
