The Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana will announce the 2024 presidential election results on Monday, December 9, at 4:30 PM.
The declaration will be broadcast live, and the public is encouraged to tune in.
Deputy EC Commissioner Samuel Tetteh, addressing a press conference in Accra, urged political party supporters to avoid gathering at the National Collation Centre, calling such actions illegal and unnecessary.
“There is no need for supporters of political parties to besiege the national collation centre. This is both illegal and unwarranted,” he stated, emphasizing the importance of calm and patience as the final results are processed.
