Akua Donkor’s family threatens to evoke more curses on Delay

Date:

The family of Akua Donkor, the prominent politician and founder of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), has threatened to send media personality Delay to the shrine to strengthen the curses the late flag bearer evoked against her.

Ama Bonsu, the secondborn of the late politician, lamented that the act of delay contributed to the unexpected death of Akua Donkor.

Speaking in a media interview that has since gone viral, Ama Bonsu stated that Delay disgraced her mother, and there was a time she wanted to confront Delay, but her mother held her aback when she was alive.

“Delay has really disgraced my mother, and she contributed to her death,” she stated.

Ama Bonsu warned Delay to quickly come to the family house to apologize for her misconduct; otherwise, the family would send her to the shrine to strengthen the curses Akua Donkor evoked.

She observed that she was even older than Delay for her to have insulted her mother, describing her as a mad woman.

“I really cried that day and wanted to face Delay for disrespecting my mother in public. Am I a mad woman for my mother to be mad? Even being the second born, I am older than Delay, so I am warning her to rush to the elders to make amends and to beg for what she said. She really disgraced my mother. If she doesn’t do that, the family will go to the shrine to spill blood to deepen the curses on her,” Ama Bonsu warned.

The sudden demise of the flag bearer of GFP brought a lot on social media about her issues with media personality, Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay.

Akua Donkor’s passing on October 28, 2024, shocked many, especially given her upcoming participation in the 2024 presidential election as the third candidate on the ballot.

One central topic sparking conversation is the longstanding feud between Akua Donkor and Delay.

Many social media users were concerned that Akua Donkor passed without forgiving or lifting a curse she reportedly placed on Delay, believing that it would go a long way to hurt her, leading Delay to top trend on X, formerly Twitter.
