Black Stars forward Jordan Ayew is set to move to Leicester City on an £8 million deal from Crystal Palace.
Ayew, 33, will become teammates with fellow Ghanaian international, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, at the Premier League club.
The experienced player was on the bench for Palace’s defeat at Brentford on Sunday and his versatility appeals to Leicester as he can play in a number of attacking positions.
In the seven seasons he has been with the Eagles, Ayew netted 23 times in 212 appearances.
He was named Crystal Palace’s Player of the Season and voted Players’ Player of the Season by his peers at the club in the 2019-20 season during the era of Roy Hodgson.
The Black Stars attacker, who first joined Aston Villa from Olympique Marseille as a young player, would now be playing in his fourth different English.
