Whether or not Erik Ten Hag wins the Emirates FA Cup, it is a well-known fact that he will not be kept as Manchester United’s manager.
News from Germany seems to indicate that an agreement has already been reached over the Dutchman’s replacement.
It has been determined that Thomas Tuchel will succeed Ten Hag as manager of Manchester United.
Reports from Germany indicate the former Chelsea manager refused an approach from Bayern to get him to U-turn his decision to leave at the end of the 2023–24 season because he had already secured the United job.
Tuchel led the Bavarian giants to the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League, where he lost out to Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid.
Ipswich manager Kieran McKenna is linked to a return to Old Trafford, just as Mauricio Pochettino, Zinedine Zidane, and Thomas Frank are all linked to Manchester United.
