NATIONS FC 1-1 HEARTS OF OAK: Richmond Ayi blunder gifts Nations a point

Date:

Hearts of Oak and Nations FC fought to a 1-1 draw at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex on Saturday in their Ghana Premier League encounter.

The outcome kept Nations FC’s undefeated run intact  while Hearts of Oak contnued their winless streak.

In the ninth minute, Hamza Issah scored the Phobians’ sixth goal of the season, giving them a great start.

Richard Danso’s equalizer in the 94th minute gave Nations hope and helped them salvage a point.

Richmond Ayi, the goalkeeper for Hearts of Oak, failed to control the feeble shot from Danso.

Hearts of Oak were left disappointed because they were on the verge of breaking their losing run.
