General Manager of Samartex, Edmund Ackah has tipped his side to finish in the top six teams at the end of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
Speaking in an interview, the former management member of Kotoko said, “Our target is not just to maintain our league status but to finish in the first six teams at the end of the season. Currently, we are 8th on the table with 42 points, so we are close to our target. We don’t want to be over ambitious.”
Samartex lie 8th on the league log with four games to the end of the season.
The Sameraboi-based team will travel to Kumasi to face King Faisal in the week 31 fixture next week.
