Team Ghana set to begin first trips to BIRMINGHAM 2022

With 100% zero cases of COVID-19 after testing all athletes, the first batch of sportsmen and women, coaches and officials will depart Accra on Thursday 21st July.

Team Ghana will be travelling on 3 flights namely:
Emirates
Turkish Airlines
Ethiopian Airlines

And on return, flights will include Air Maroc and Qatar Airways due to the high seasonal demand and other factors.

Team Ghana management team has no control over flight preference so had to accept the Airlines that were assigned.

Team Ghana Chef De Mission is already in UK preparing the grounds to receive the contingents on 22nd July.

Athletes and coaches have had their COVID-19 tests already after which the departure and ceremonial wear was given out to shouts of joy great expectations.

Official updates will be coming from the GOC as the teams depart and arrive in Birmingham.
