The Ghana WAFU B U-20 Girls Cup of Nations is scheduled from Saturday, May 20–SSaturday, June 3, 2023, in Kumasi, with all matches broadcast live on MAX TV.
Ghana will compete with Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Benin, Niger, Togo, and Burkina Faso in the first edition of the competition at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Ghana’s Black Princesses are drawn in Group A alongside Benin and Cote d’Ivoire. Ghana will open their campaign on Saturday, May 20, against Benin before taking on Cote d’Ivoire in the other group A game on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
Meanwhile, twenty players have been settled upon by Ghana’s coach Yussif Basigi for the maiden edition of the competition.
