In his first start for the team, Mohammed Kudus helped West Ham United come from behind to defeat Serbian team FK TSC Baka Topola 3-1 on Thursday night in the UEFA Europa League.
Mohammed Kudus remarked in a post-game interview that it was incredible to begin in front of the home crowd and that he is thrilled that the squad was able to get three points after he scored with a header to give his a 2-1 lead in the 70th minute before Soucek fired home another header to seal the win for the Irons.

“It’s very amazing to play in front of guys today. It was incredible and I’m happy that we got the three points,” Mohammed Kudus said.
He continued, “The support was incredible from the fans even when we were down they kept motivating us and that was great.
“I will keep doing my best for the team like you saw today. That’s what I’m here to do.”
