Semenyo extends Cherries stay; Spurs pursue Kudus

Date:

Ghana’s high-flying star striker Antoine Semenyo has chosen to extend his stay at the coast of England.

The Black Stars forward, Semenyo, has put pen to an extension on his contract to 2030.

The versatile forward has been on the radar of top English clubs, including Manchester United, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur since the 2025 January transfer market.

Semenyo joined Bournemouth from EFL Championship side Bristol City two seasons ago and has risen through the ranks to become one of the best players in the Premier League.

The 25-year-old improved immensely in his second season at the club, scoring 11 goals in the 2024/25 Premier League season.

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur have open talks for a possible transfer for Mohammed Kudus to the club. Spurs are hoping to reach a reasonable deal with West Ham for the Ghanaian midfielder.

Kamaldeen Sulemana on Monday, June 30, 2025, completed his €17.5m move to Atalanta in the Serie A from Southampton FC.

Thomas Partey, now officially a free agent, is being linked to the Saudi Pro League and a move back to Spain, but could be heading to Catalonia for a stint with FC Barcelona.
