St. Augustine’s College has emerged champions of The Sharks Quiz, lifting the coveted trophy after a thrilling grand finale performance.

Cape Coast-based St. Augustine’s College showed why they are one of Ghana’s top academic giants, putting on an impressive performance to win the 2025 edition of The Sharks Quiz.

The finale, which aired live on national television and streamed online, saw the boys from Augusco dominate the final rounds with precision, confidence, and composure.

Their victory marks a historic achievement, further cementing their place as a powerhouse in inter-school academic competitions. From Science and Math to English and General Knowledge, St. Augustine’s proved they were more than ready for the challenge.

The path to the championship wasn’t easy. St. Augustine’s faced stiff competition from other brilliant schools in earlier rounds but remained consistent throughout the contest. Their teamwork, strategy, and calm under pressure made them stand out, especially in the buzzer rounds and problem-solving segments.

The grand finale saw them square off against equally strong contenders in a nail-biting contest that tested critical thinking, speed, and academic depth. But in the end, St. Augustine’s held their nerve and secured the ultimate bragging rights.

The victory sparked wild celebrations among students, alumni, and supporters of St. Augustine’s College. On social media, the hashtag #TheSharksQuiz trended as fans hailed the team’s achievement.

In a post-match interview, the team captain expressed gratitude to their coaches and supporters:
