The Appointments Committee of Parliament will begin vetting ministerial nominees on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
- 8:00 a.m. – Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, Minister Designate for Labour, Jobs, and Employment
- 9:00 a.m. – Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, Minister Designate for Environment, Science, and Technology
- 10:00 a.m. – Samuel Nartey George, Minister Designate for Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovations
- 11:00 a.m. – Kofi Iddie Adams, Minister Designate for Sports and Recreation
- 12:30 p.m. – Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Minister Designate for Foreign Affairs
- 1:30 p.m. – Joseph Bukari Nikpe, Minister Designate for Transport
- 2:30 p.m. – Issifu Seidu, Minister of State for Climate Change and Sustainability
- 3:30 p.m. – Mrs. Charity Gardiner, Minister Designate for the Ahafo Region
Vetting will continue on Friday, January 31, 2025:
- 8:00 a.m. – Salisu Be-Awuribe Issifu, Esq, Minister Designate for the Savannah Region
- 9:00 a.m. – Wilbert Petty Brentum, Minister Designate for the Western North Region

- 12:00 p.m. – Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, MP, Minister Designate for Health
- 1:30 p.m. – Joseph Addae Akwaboa, Minister Designate for the Bono Region
