Black Stars head coach Otto Addo is set to change the team’s setup against Madagascar on Monday night.
The German-trained gaffer lined up the Black Stars in a 4-3-3 attacking formation against Chad on matchday five of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare is expected to remain between the sticks despite rumours of him struggling to acclimatize to the weather in Morocco.
Starting in the midfield alongside Arsenal star Thomas Partey would be either of Cercle Brugge’s pair, Abu Francis or Lawrence Agyekum, in a double pivot. The pair showed glimpses of their capabilities.
The technical team would line up the Black Stars in an attacking 4-2-3-1 formation with Benjamin Asare in goal, Gideon Mensah and Kingsley Schindler as fullbacks, and Alexander Djiku partnering Mohammed Salisu at center-half.
Lawrence Agyekum or Abu Francis to support Thomas Partey in holding midfield. Mohammed Kudus, Antoine Semenyo, and Jordan Ayew to support striker Inaki Williams up front.
The game will kick off at 7 p.m. on Monday night at the Al Hoceima Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco.
