Opare Addo : Hearts of Oak will sign Samuel Inkoom if he impresses at training

Date:

Hearts of Oak’s Communications Director, Opare Addo, has hinted that if Samuel Inkoom impresses in training, the club may sign him.

On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, the former Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender began training with the Phobians.

According to Opare Addo, the former Black Stars player will undergo a few training sessions with the club so that the technical team can assess his performance.

Before Inkoom could be signed by the Phobians, the Communications Director said that he would have to go through the same procedure as Muntari.

“Samuel Inkoom is at the Hearts of Oak training grounds. He’s training with the team and the technical handlers are looking at him.

“Hearts will sign him if he impresses the coaches. Sulley Muntari passed through the same process before he was signed,” he said.

Inkoom was planned to play with Asante Kotoko’s Porcupine Warriors, however it appears he was unable to negotiate an agreement.

Since his return to Ghana from his previous contract in Georgia, the athlete has been training on his own.
