The Netherlands will take on North Korea in the final of the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup on Saturday, November 8.
The young Dutch stars stunned Mexico 1-0 in the second semi-final on Wednesday, November 5, courtesy of Lina Touzani’s 69th-minute strike.
North Korea upstaged tournament favourite Brazil in the first semi-final. Yu Jong-Hyang bagged a brace in their 2-0 win.
Yu Jong-Hyang increased her goalscoring tally in the competition to 8, making her the highest on the goalscorers chart.
Brazil will lock horns with Mexico for the third-place spot before the final on Saturday.
