#MaxEntertainment: Fameye is also a child of Abraham – Diana Asamoah slams critics

Date:

Gospel chanteuse Evangelist Dianna Asamoah has condemned critics for sidelining secular musicians who are contributing their quota to projecting the word of God.

She referred to critics as hypocrites and advised them to turn a new leaf.

Speaking in an interview with Max Morning Dew in Accra on Friday, the Slay for Christ singer explained that her critics were the same people who have been playing Fameye’s music in their individual homes.

She said Fameye was a son of Abraham and a certified child of God, and no one could condemn him for contributing his quota to the industry and the gospel fraternity.

Diana Asamoah noted that secular musicians worship God and should not look surprised when some were writing gospel songs and were being billed to perform at gospel music concerts.

Her comment comes after some industry players and individuals within the gospel fraternity frowned on Fameye’s participation in her upcoming Abba Father gospel concert.

The event, which is slated for March 10 at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), will see divine performances from Akesse Brempong, Joyce Blessing, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Uncle Ato, Nacee, Harmonious Chorale, and Fameye.

Diana Asamoah maintained that there was nothing wrong with her artistes billed to perform at the occasion and promised that the event would be a holy-ghost-filled event.

She called on Ghanaians to fully embrace the event and turn out in their numbers since the gate fee was free.
