Accra Hearts of Oak are finally making moves to sign experienced former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Kwame Baah.
The Phobians have struggled in the goalkeeping department, with the likes of Richmond Ayi and Richard Attah proving to be not good enough in the first half of the 2023–24 Ghana Premier League season.
The former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper recently ended his one-year contract with Ethiopian giants Adama City FC.
Baah is now reportedly in conversation with Hearts of Oak over a potential move in January, as he’s confirmed to have trained with the team on Monday following Richmond Ayi’s blunder on Saturday, which gifted a point to Nations FC.
In 2019, he helped the Black Meteors finish fourth at the U-23 AFCON in Egypt after he had represented Ghana at the U-20 level.
