Patience Naki Mensah, headmistress of the Ghana Senior High School in Koforidua, has been interdicted by the Ghana Education Service (GES) for allegedly selling unapproved items to Form One students reporting to school.
This information was stated in a press statement signed and released by the Eastern Regional Director of Education, Mrs. Ivy Asantewaa Owusu, on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
She has been asked to step away while the claims are investigated further.
Madam Patience Naki Mensah will be added to the list of headteachers who have been invoiced for charging unapproved fees since the adoption of the Free SHS program.
