Black Stars defender, Abdul Fatawu Hamidu, will not be available for selection when Medeama SC take on their Tanzanian counterparts Young Africans in the CAF Champions League this afternoon.
In a press conference on Thursday, Medeama coach Evans Adotey revealed Fatawu Hamidu’s absence for their third Champions League group stage matchup against the Tanzanian powerhouses.
“Apart from Fatawu Hamidu, who was given two weeks to rest by the team doctor, everyone is set for the game tomorrow” he said.
The boys from Tarkwa will play host to the Tanzanian giants at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday, December 8, 2023.
